Ensuring that our customers are getting great value for their money while not jeopardising the quality or warranty of the equipment is an important part of the value we add to every enquiry we receive. Our Corporate account managers provide Vendor independant advice on technology and individual products by first listening to your business objectives and then making suggestions that suit your individual needs.



Making it work together
With our wide and varied industry experience, we help our customers choose a blend of products from Vendors that work well together, delivering a cohesive reliable solution. We also ensure that the correct level of ongoing Vendor support is in place to protect our customers investment. LETN provides consultancy, design and installation services to give our customers the option of outsourcing part or all of a project.

Purchasing IT Hardware
We recognise that not all our customers need help and advice on what to buy. So for those customers that know exactly what they want we can help them engage with the correct Vendors and secure discounts for volume orders. We also offer presales configuration help and prebuild services on hardware orders which ensure our customers get a working solution.

Supplying Hardware and IT Equipment
LETN are commited to providing a total solution to our customers. Part of this service is the ability to supply a wide range of products from stock. LETN has an online store for the more day to day items a business might require, these include printing consumables, PC’s/Laptops, software, cables, networking hardware, upgrades, peripheral items and basic storage. For complex hardware solutions your account manager will meet with you to discuss your requirements, before preparing a detailed proposal which will include product information, pricing and (if required) an executive summary for business justification.
